RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes your order isn't quite right - and that's okay.

At Kooniez, we've made returns simple, flexible, and stress free. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Kooniez Gift Card.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • Store credit is issued as a Kooniez Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.

Return Window

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for: Final Sale items
  • All exchanges are final sale and we will not accept returns once we have an exchanged an item.

If your item(s) are defective, please email us within 48 hours upon receiving your package to happiness@kooniez.com so we can make it right!

Please note:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or were mailed to us without contacting our customer support.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
