RETURN POLICY
Kooniez Easy Returns & Exchanges
Kooniez has a 30-day Easy Returns window. If you are not satisfied with your order we offer refunds within 30 days from when your purchase was made. We will authorize a return for any item that is in as-new condition, unwashed, and with its original tags/shipping box.
Any orders purchased during our BOGO & up to 20% sales events are part of a special promotion and are not eligible for a cash refund, however can be exchanged for an item of the same value or store credit within 30 days.
Any items purchased at 20% OFF or higher are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted.
You now have the option to select between two refund options. You can pick free return shipping for store credit OR a full refund to your original payment method (Buyer is responsible for return shipping). If you would like a pre-paid shipping label, we do deduct $15/piece from your refund.
Exchanges will always be completed free of charge. (All exchanges are final sale).

Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 days from the date we receive your returned shipment.
If your item(s) are defective, please email us within 48 hours upon receiving your package to happiness@kooniez.com so we can make it right!

We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or were mailed to us without contacting our customer support.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
