KOONIEZ are made true to size and waistband has some stretch just in case you need some space. Please refer to our size guide for the exact measurements. All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.Currently, we offer free ground shipping domestically to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders. If you need the pants ASAP, we also offer expedited shipping on the checkout page. We now ship internationally to most countries. If we do not ship to your country, email email@example.com and we'll see what we can do. Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
KOONIEZ has a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your order we offer 30 day returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund ($10 return shipping fee).
Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 days from date we receive your returned shipment.
If your item(s) are defective, please email us within 48 hours upon receiving your package to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
We do not accept exchanges/returns for purchases of 2 or more pairs of Kooniez.
All discounted items or items purchased using a discount/coupon code are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.
Returns will be accepted on your first order of Kooniez only. Any and all subsequent orders will be final sale and returns will not be granted.
We cannot reimburse return shipping or handling charges.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: - An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing." - An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or - Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Please allow 3 - 8 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
